Place an Order

We encourage you to place your order any way that is most convenient. You can use our shopping cart here on the website. We take Visa, Mastercard, and now Discover. We always like to talk to our customers, so please feel free to place your order toll-free over the telephone at (877) 736-5995. Outside of the U.S., our number is (541) 736-5995. Or, you can fax your order to us at (541) 736-7425 or mail your order to our post office box. Our office hours are: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard time. After hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you have questions or suggestions about our products, need a freight quote, track an order or need quantity pricing, you can call us, fax us or email us. Use the "Contact Us" link and an email template will appear. Our goal is to have what you want in stock and get it out the door and on its way to you as fast as possible.

Shipping your order

We pride ourselves in shipping your orders with the economical and timely carriers available. On orders going motor freight, we shop for the best rate. We don't mark up freight charges or have "shipping and handling" fees like some suppliers. In the continental U.S., UPS is our primary carrier. Smaller, lightweight packages often go Priority Mail. We can also ship Fedex, or Parcel Post (snail mail). Whatever shipping method you specify we will certainly follow your instructions.

Freight Damage

If your freight appears that it has been damaged from shipping, ask the driver to make a note on the spot. Also ask the driver for a contact telephone number of the company. Contact the carrier and file a damaged freight claim and then contact us. If at all possible, take a picture of the damage for use in receiving compensation. If the damage isn't visible until you open your shipment, call the carrier immediately and then call us. We try hard to package your order to stand up to the rigors of freight handling. If you determine the damage was due to poor packaging, call us right away. Together we will find a solution and compensation.

Pricing

All pricing should be current as stated on the website. We do however reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a product price has gone up (or down), we will tell you before we finalize your order. As our current customers will tell you, our policy is upfront honesty with no "surprises".

If we can't offer you a satisfying shopping experience we shouldn't be in business. Our company is growing because we really do take care of our customers and treat them as good friends. If for any reason you are not satisfied please let us know right away and we will do what needs to be done to make it right.
